Requirements include:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Business to business sales experience
• Ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Strong desire to succeed
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Experience in IT field is a plus

Technical Instructor

At New Horizons of Syracuse we deliver full training solutions for organizations that include not only IT but Project Management, ITIL and Business Skills as well.

Our instructors are professionals with the right mix of technical know-how and communications skills needed to teach applications and technical computer classes for our clients

Requirements include:

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Technologies (network and operating systems, database development or software development)
• MCSA, MCAD or higher level of certification is required
• Excellent communication, presentation and people skills
• Hands on, real world experience in the Microsoft technologies
• Prior teaching experience in a classroom environment
