Citrix Certified Administrator (CCA)

The Administrator Series is designed for IT associates and focuses on validating core implementation skills. The Citrix Certified Administrator (CCA) spans Citrix solutions, validating the skills necessary to implement a specific Citrix product.

In addition, the Citrix Certified Advanced Administrator (CCAA) designation is available for select technologies.

CCA for XenApp 6	The CCA for Citrix XenApp 6 is designed to certify knowledge of Citrix XenApp 6 desktop solutions. This certification is attained by passing the Basic Administration for XenApp 6 exam, in which exam-takers demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to install, configure, and administer Citrix XenApp 6 on-demand applications. CCAA for Citrix XenApp 6	The CCAA for XenApp 6 for Windows Server 2008 R2 certification builds upon the CCA certification by focusing on advanced and additional tasks in a Windows Server 2008 R2 environment, such as monitoring, optimizing and troubleshooting. Citrix Certified Enterprise Engineer (CCEE)

For seasoned professionals, this certification demonstrates the ability to implement multiple Citrix products into a comprehensive virtualization solution, as well as smoothly plan and integrate Citrix implementations.

Engineers who hold a CCEE have the proven knowledge and experience to build optimal Citrix environments that include datacenters, private clouds, and desktops. Aligned with key industry trends, the CCEE addresses security and workforce mobility issues through technologies that deliver applications and desktops on demand, and seamlessly integrate with any user device.

The CCEE now includes requirements that align to Citrix XenDesktop 5.5, Citrix XenApp 6.5, and Citrix XenServer 6.0 and is designed to test skills for working in a Windows Server 2008 R2 environment.
